Terms of service
The rules that apply when you buy from MelonVault. Written to be read, not to hide things.

Template notice: this document is a starting point written for this store's actual process. Have a lawyer review it against the rules of your country and your payment provider before you take real money.
1. Who we are
MelonVault is an independent store selling redemption codes for cosmetic in-game items. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Trademarks and item names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what a code unlocks.
2. What you are buying
You are buying a one-time redemption code. You are not buying an account, an account service, or any ongoing access. Once redeemed, the cosmetic item is attached to the game account that redeemed it and cannot be transferred by us.
Each code can be redeemed exactly once. Redeem it on the account you actually want it on - we cannot move it afterwards.
3. Payment
We accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum or Solana only. There is no card, bank transfer, or PayPal option, and we will never ask you to send funds to an address given to you anywhere other than the checkout page of this site.
Prices are quoted in USD and converted at checkout. The quote is held for 30 minutes; after that you need a fresh one, because the rate has moved. Send the exact amount quoted, on the network named on the payment screen. Crypto transactions are irreversible - a payment sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network is not recoverable by us.
4. Delivery
Codes are delivered automatically once payment is confirmed. Delivery happens in two places at once: on the confirmation screen, and by email to the address you used at checkout.
If a payment method takes time to confirm (some crypto payments do), delivery waits for that confirmation. That delay is on the network, not on us.
5. Non-working codes
If a code fails before you have redeemed it, tell us and we will replace it as fast as we can, stock permitting. If no replacement stock exists, we refund it.
We cannot help with a code that has already been redeemed. Once a code is used, the record of it lives with the game, not with us, and we have no way to verify or undo it. This is the single most important line in this document.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give a working email address at checkout. Delivery failures caused by a mistyped address are not refundable, though we will resend to a corrected address if you ask.
- Check your spam folder before writing in about a missing email.
- Do not resell codes as if they came from the publisher, and do not present yourself as an official reseller of ours.
- Send the exact quoted amount, on the network shown at checkout. Wrong-network transfers are generally unrecoverable.
7. Stock and pricing
Stock counts on the site are live. Prices can change at any time, but the price you paid at checkout is the price of your order - a later change never applies retroactively.
If a pricing or stock error is obvious and clearly a mistake, we may cancel and fully refund the affected orders rather than fulfil them. We will tell you if that happens.
8. Account misuse
We may refuse service or cancel an order if we see fraud indicators, funds we have reason to believe are stolen, or abusive behaviour toward our support team. Refusal comes with a full refund of anything paid unless the payment itself was fraudulent.
9. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for anything the game's publisher does - including changing, removing, or restricting a cosmetic item after redemption.
10. Changes to these terms
We can update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published at the time you placed it. Material changes get announced in our Discord and on this page's last-updated date.
11. Contact
Message us on Discord for anything related to an order. For legal notices, use the same channel and say so clearly.
