Refund policy
Digital codes are awkward to refund, so here is exactly where the line sits - before you buy, not after.
Last updated: 30 July 2026
The one rule that matters: an unredeemed code can be refunded. A redeemed code cannot. Once a code has been used, the item is on a game account and we have no way to take it back.
1. Refunds we always give
- The code never arrived and we cannot deliver a working one.
- The code was rejected by the game before you redeemed it, and we have no replacement in stock.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- We cancelled your order for any reason on our side.
In these cases you do not need to argue with anyone. Message us, quote the order number, and it gets processed.
2. Refunds we give on request
Changed your mind? If your code is still unredeemed, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We void the code on our side and refund you in full.
We may check whether the code has been redeemed before processing. If it has, section 3 applies instead.
3. Refunds we cannot give
- The code has been redeemed. The item is on an account and cannot be recovered, regardless of which account it went to.
- You redeemed it on the wrong account. We understand it is frustrating, and we still cannot move it.
- You did not like the cape, or the publisher later changed or removed it.
- Your account was banned or restricted by the publisher for unrelated reasons.
- The request comes more than 14 days after purchase and the code is unredeemed but no longer voidable.
4. Replacements before refunds
For a faulty unredeemed code, our first move is a replacement, because that is what you actually wanted. Replacements are usually instant while stock lasts. If you would rather have your money back than a replacement, just say so - we will not push.
5. How to request one
Message us on Discord with:
- your order number (it is on your confirmation email),
- whether the code has been redeemed,
- and what the game said, if it showed an error.
We aim to answer refund requests within one business day.
6. How the money comes back
Refunds are sent back on the same chain you paid on, to an address you give us when you write in. Double-check that address - a refund sent to a wrong or incompatible address is gone, and we cannot pull it back.
You are refunded the same amount of coin you sent, not the dollar value at the time of the refund. If the price moved between your purchase and the refund, that movement is yours either way - we cannot compensate for it. Network fees on the refund transaction come out of the refunded amount.
7. There are no chargebacks
Crypto payments are final. There is no bank or card network to reverse a transaction on your behalf, which means writing to us is not the slow option - it is the only option. We would rather you knew that before paying than after.
The flip side is why the price is what it is: no chargeback fraud means no processor fees priced into every order.
8. Underpayments and overpayments
Send the exact amount shown at checkout. If you underpay, the order stays unpaid until you top it up to the quoted amount - tell us and we will match the transactions up. If you overpay, we refund the difference on request, minus the network fee.
If you send the wrong coin, or the right coin on the wrong network, we usually cannot recover it. Check the network chip on the payment screen before you send.
9. Statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live. Where local law grants a stronger right than this policy, the law wins. In many places, that right to cancel a digital purchase ends the moment the content is used - which is why redemption is the line we draw.
